Thematically, the idea here is that the Wise put a team together for a mission. The House of Elrond sends it finest mind and muscle in Erestor and Glorfindel respectively, while Cirdan sends his emissary Galdor. Mechanically, the challenge was to combine the Erestor playstyle with the Council of the Wise contract, which was a challenge at first! One aspect of this deck is taking advantage of Erestor's card acceleration to turn Glorfindel into a superhero with Light of Valinor, Asfaloth, Glamdring and Mirkwood Long-knife (via Elf-friend). Light of Valinor in your opening hand is great to see. The contract's card draw ability will be unnecessary, so you can concentrate your choice when playing events on the resource acceleration and threat reduction options. Getting Gandalf or Firyal on the table can be great so building your board state with the likes of Elf-stone and Elven Jeweler can be handy to hold onto your resources. Will of the West will probably have to be played when it arrives, as you will probably cycle through your deck at least once. Other recursion in Silver Harp, Stand and Fight and Dwarven Tomb will be useful too. In an Erestor deck, the important thing as usual is to think about priorities as you go along, remembering that choices will need to be made between discarding cards for benefits (Lindon Navigator, Imladris Caregiver and Protector of Lórien) and playing them. Imladris Stargazer can help you to shift a card to the hand after next if you think you need to save resources for a round. Finally, if you do run out of cards, the mighty Lords of the Eldar is particularly potent here, as you can use it, either reduce your threat or gain a resource to afford it again later, draw it again next round, discard and then use it again soon with your gained resource. The aim is to build a strong board state after two cycles of your deck and then boost it with Lords of the Eldar, which feels fitting in a Council of the Wise deck! Gandalf, Saruman and Elrond may aid you personally along the way.
