This is my attempt to a land lock deck.
The goal is to quest pretty hard and clear locations while they are in the staging area using allies: Greyflood Wanderer, Lórien Guide, Northern Tracker, and Rhovanion Outrider. Asfaloth and Light of Valinor on Glorfindel are a must and probably worth mulliganing for. Warden of Arnor is nice to have on Idraen. All the location clearing above assures that Idraen gets ready again. Elf-stone and Ancient Mathom create benefits for clearing all those locations. Then Cloak of Lórien on Rossiel along with None Return allow her to tank pretty hard. Then Glorfindel and Idraen can hurt or kill most enemies.
Might be able to squeeze in Fair and Perilous and a Mirkwood Long-knife at the expense of one of each of the green events Leave No Trace None Return The Door is Closed! and maybe a Keen as Lances.
With a fellowship of Éowyn Éomer and Mablung and Eagles we were able to do The Stewards Fear, The Hills of Emyn Muil, and The Dead Marshes. I am fairly confident that this quest is well rounded for solo though (but specifically land lock missions).
