TL;DR: Every round, the players will reveal one less card (as you were not playing) but you will be there, questing and helping them !
Fetch card for the other players with Gather Information, make them draw with Deep Knowledge. You can pick their ×1 cards (like Asfaloth if someone is playing Glorfindel) and fetch them with Word of Command.
Play Gildor's Counsel or The Hidden Way every round. Good Meal can help paying the cost.
Recurr events (can be Mithrandir's Advice if your hand is low) with Scroll of Isildur.
Face B of contract is here only if you need to heal your heroes, and should not be your priority (only restricted attachment you should look for is Saruman's Staff).
Depending of the quest and your partner decks, you may consider swapping some doomed events from the side.

Removing the restricted attachements for more Legacy of Númenor and usefull allies (i would add Warden of Healing to your list, and maybe Galadhrim Minstrel for event draw) would surely be better.
.*I'm currently in a mono- Saga playthrough with Saruman (except during the box when he is an ennemy xD) and i'm experiencing some fun decks with him (fun started when i made him Noble Hero after Bree, so he can finally have a Palantir :D). This three hunters was for Passing of the Grey Compagny and Siege of Gondor (finishing this one in only 4 rounds and "only" 46 threat), currently on a Fellowship/Vilya deck (yes, Gandalf would probably make a better vilya deck :D), and i'm planning to carry Frodo on Mount Doom with a Grey Wanderer deck (i have great hopes for this one, abusing Vanish from Sight plus doomed readyings^^) |

Nov 10, 2021i think you should add Bartering and Resourceful you can play Scroll of Isildur for 1 and then Bartering it for Resourceful (or other expensive attachements perhaps a Thorongil makes sense or the Keen Longbow ) |

In your opinion does the cost reduction for the restricted attachments justifies losing access to the allies (like Erebor Hammersmith for more recursion, Firyal for even better encounter deck manipulation, and so forth)?
