Hey looks good. I would cut to 50 cards, and here's what I would lose:

1 Spear of the Citadel, you have 3 and it's limit 1.

Both The Galadhrim's Greeting, your threat isn't that high anyways, plus you have Damrod.

2 Stand and Fights. You won't be generating enough resources to use this efficiently.

1 Wealth of Gondor.

Cut all your allies to 2 except for Gondorian Spearman and Gandalf, and lose a Northern Tracker

Dwarven Tomb.

Will of the West for most quests.

1 Hasty Stroke

1 The Favor of the Lady.

1 Valiant Sacrifice

1 Damrod. He's too high-cost.

1 Sneak Attack

It was hard to suggest cutting these cards because they all seem valuable, but if you have 50 you get a way better chance of getting what you want.
