Built around triggering Thranduil's ability for Silvan allies. The normal attachments and events.

The prime targets for Unexpected Courage are Thranduil and Galadriel. Thranduil wants a 2nd action for 2 defends/turn. He can also get one with Armored Destrier. Galadriel wants one so she can trigger her ability and Nenya. There's plenty of questing, so Nenya is not a huge priority. Light of Valinor goes on Celeborn -- he can then also defend or attack.

Card draw is big for this deck to get action advantage and allies. Priorities for the first draw would be Legolas, then either Silvan Refugee for questing or another attacking ally and one of the action advantage sources.

Some anti-synergy with returning allies to hand and Silvan Refugee. The refugees are solid early on and not needed as much later. Host of Galadhrim is a significant late game power boost (+1 to all our ally stats for the round, and they don't exhaust to quest).

If you want to add more cards, Gandalf and Steward of Gondor (goes on Galadriel) are the least important cards. We aren't pushed too hard for resources and Gandalf is usually not necessary (also anti-synergy with the refugees).

The sideboard Silvan allies are all considerations and can be situationally used, but they are lesser versions of the existing allies. (Daughter of the Nimrodel's healing isn't needed, Galadhrim Minstrel is fine but not great, Galadriel's Handmaiden is redundant with Silvan Refugee and can't quest turn 1, Greenwood Defender isn't needed, Mirkwood Runner isn't usually attacking alone, Woodland Sentry is situational.)

Mirror of Galadriel is an option for consistency, but I haven't found it necessary yet.

With Galadriel, it's a good stall deck so 1x unique cards like Box of Earth and Celebrían's Stone see play.
