Our four heroes plus Tighten Our Belts and Steward of Gondor on Elrohir start to generate plenty of resources to activate key synergies, while Heed the Dream, Master of the Forge, and Open the Armory help to find them.

We're looking for an early weapon so our Foe-hammer can keep cards in hand, ideally bringing in threat management. The quest will determine whether we want to reduce threat aggressively with Gandalf or ride the line in valor so we can swap in a Veteran of Osgiliath for Faramir.

Note that Open the Armory, Honour Guard, and Valiant Sword should pay off valor regardless, with Favor of the Valar providing a nice threat buffer.

We want Light of Valinor for Glorfindel, though Naith Guide is there to help before we get it.

Other priorities include finding Vilya to start dumping the deck onto the board, and an Unexpected Courage so Elrond can still quest or block. Faramir can pay off this company of small support allies that start filling up the board once Vilya is up.

Minor notes: Dagger of Westernesse (or maybe Warrior Sword) replaces Rivendell Bow in single player.

Justice Shall Be Done is mostly here for laughs; replace with another Envoy of Pelargir for consistency.

A Good Harvest and Proud Hunters could help with resources, but shouldn't have to with this relatively low-cost deck.

Depending on location density, Asfaloth could probably swap out for a beefy or consistency-boosting ally, such as Haldir of Lórien, Haleth, Ghân-buri-Ghân, or Galadhrim Minstrel. If more healing is needed, Ioreth.
