An original and pretty straightforward true solo mono hero deck.
Attach The One Ring, Inner Strength, Strider, then all attachements to Frodo Baggins. Recycle easily The Galadhrim's Greeting thanks to Dwarven Tomb and Leaf Brooch. Stay low in threat, make profits with Resourceful in Secrecy, choose freely your engagements, defend with Frodo (the only defender), ready him with Fast Hitch for defending against an other ennemy wihout increasing too much your threat level or mitigate it with Mithril Shirt, cancel shadow effects with the Inner Strength's response.
Use Timely Aid to put into play some 5, 4 or 3 cost allies. Attack with Glorfindel, Treebeard and the spirit allies that are not questing. Draw with Ancient Mathom, The Long Defeat, and Daeron's Runes. Gandalf + Sneak Attack for what you need at the time.
