This is my first time building a deck. I thought having Aragorn and Arwen would be a fun, themed combination. I don't have all the cards so I went with Denethor as my third hero.

I tested quite a few different combinations of allies, but settled on these as I think they're easy to get out being mostly 2 cost.

I think it might be a bit heavy on attachments but I can't think of one I'd really want to get rid of. Ancestral Armor is really nice on Denethor.

This deck has been very successful against the easy quests. Journey along the Anduin is a little bit of a struggle, but an early Elrond's Counsel might see it to victory. After some more playtesting, the early Elrond's Counsel does give it enough time to get some cards out to take out the Hill Troll. It can be a little rough willpower wise, so be aware of that but the deck can beat Journey along the Anduin.

Visionary Leadership doesn't have enough Gondor characters to make it worth it imo. I'd either replace some allies with stuff like Faramir, Errand-rider, Soldier of Gondor, and Pelargir Ship Captain or axe it completely.

Greenwood Archer doesnt really trigger except to ready Denethor if you use his ability in the Planning phase so I'd recommend Sneak Attack for more flexibility. Especially since it also combos with Elrond and your other enters play abilities.

Northern Tracker has the same defensive capabilities as Warden of Annúminas but helps with questing more reliably.

If threat is a problem there's Woodmen's Clearing and the ever popular The Galadhrim's Greeting.

Overall a very good first deck, nice job!

if u have some cards to think about:

another option would be to increase the gondor-factor and make more use of Visionary Leadership, then use the allies istead of the ones u have (exept the Envoy of Pelargir they are great) all are rev-content:
