Nice improvements after getting Flame of the West! Beravor is worth her weight in gold in this deck. I have some suggestions, but all are totally optional, this is YOUR deck after all :).

Mithrandir's Advice: paying one resource for only one card usually considered a bad tradeoff. This card is bonkers in a mono-Lore deck where you get three cards for one resource, but in this deck I'd take it out. You can put in 1-2 Lórien's Wealth if you really want more card draw.

The Favor of the Lady: paying two resources for one willpower is generally considered a bad tradeoff, especially since you will probably not quest with your heroes every turn. Better to spend 2 resources for an ally that you can quest with every turn. If you do want an attachment, Celebrían's Stone gives you 2 for 2, a much better tradeoff.

Since you're running Galadriel, I would swap your Daughter of the Nimrodel for Self Preservation, which is basically the "attachment version" of Daughter.

It looks like you're running a lot of expensive Spirit cards. You do have resource smoothing with Errand-rider and resource generation with Wealth of Gondor and Gaining Strength, so you could stick with what you have and probably be fine. But considering your Livery of the Tower will be asking for your Spirit resources too, I would recommend swapping out 1-2 The Galadhrim's Greeting and either Northern Tracker or Prince Imrahil for something else.

A Good Harvest could be great in this deck to get some additional resource smoothing, which would put that pile of resources from Steward of Gondor to good use!

Lastly, stick with 50 cards - it'll make it easier to find the cards you really need!

Other ideas:

Envoy of Pelargir would be incredible in this deck! 3x include, easy. It's resource smoothing, combined with useful stats on the table.

Bilbo Baggins is a really good to just include 1x in most any deck since he's 2 resources for 2 willpower and 2 hit points, excellent value! You can also stick one Hobbit Pipe in your deck which he will fetch automatically, thus "thinning" your deck and making it more consistent. If you keep The Galadhrim's Greeting then you can even get some card draw from the pipe!

If you include A Good Harvest, you can play Gondorian Shield with it!

Hasty Stroke or A Test of Will are always good, too.
