you lacks carddraw, and spiritressourses. there are some ways to make it bettter:

1. simpleway, replace Legolas with (MotK) Legolas and add Foe-hammer (and perhaps a few weapons and/or Open the Armory

2. get more spiritres the Song of Travel is an option and Thorongil (either leolas or eowyn) is also good.

3. give it a little more changes.

replace Merry with Bilbo Baggins, then you can start with a Hobbit Pipe that opens carddraw in this way. because you want to stay in lowthrwad you like play threadreducing event anyway. in thatcase you need some more. so this option needs the following adjustments:

• 3 Hobbit Pipe
• 3 Spare Pipe
• 3 Smoke and Think
• 3 Smoke Rings
• 3 Good Meal
• 1 The Galadhrim's Greeting

if it is not enough events with threadreducing, add some Elevenses

you perhaps need a few more hobbitallies, suggest Odo Proudfoot and 1 or 2 Wandering Took

if you go this way, i think you do not need anymore:

• Secret Vigil
• Fornost Bowman
• Sting
• Marksman of Lórien
• Woodland Courier

these are 12 cards, need 4 more or my suggestions would take 4 out of the
