Restricted attachments:
(*) Can also be attached to any other hero.
Unrestricted attachments:
- Unique: Strider (on Aragorn), Light of Valinor (on Legolas).
- Common: Lembas, Miruvor, Unexpected Courage.
Notes:
- First Unexpected Courage and Lembas on Gimli.
- Open the Armory, King's Return, and Gather Information are our main restricted attachment finders.
- On a 2nd step, we also have Deep Knowledge, Unlikely Friendship, and Prepare for Battle. Not as good as the main three, but they will thin out the deck anyway.
- Glamdring and the Stone are better to be played with The King's Return after quest resolution.
- If Glamdring is guarded by an enemy, Spear's +2 will apply.
- Legacy Blade can be used as a wildcard.
- It is useless without a side quest, but it can be played for free as 2nd restricted attachment on any hero. It will get you one step closer to flipping the contract.
- In case of need, Celebrían's Stone can be attached to Legolas or Gimli (since resources are not an issue for this deck).
- In the same way, Shining Shield and Valiant Sword can be swapped between them both.
- Once the Light of Valinor is on Legolas, we can use Gimli's response to ready Aragorn.
- If we're already drawing more than 1 card per round (due to any of the restricted attachments or Prepare for Battle), Miruvor is great to see.
- We can ready a hero and be prepared to do it again in the next turn, without losing the card draw.
Sideboard:
- A Burning Brand is a great attachment for Aragorn.
- Sword that was Broken
- It is NOT a restricted attachment, but it provides an extra source (quite better than the provided by the Celebrían's Stone).
- Lórien's Wealth has better rates than Deep Knowledge and there is no doomed penalty either.
- However, waiting for 3 resources is a bit hard for this deck.
- Well Warned could be an option if Aragorn's abbility for threat reduction is not enough.
- Healing Herbs + Lore of Imladris are just here as swaps for Lembas and Durin's Song, to play A Journey to Rhosgobel (one of the quests I tested the deck against).

Mar 16, 2024SI.
