I’m not really good at deckbuilding either so i won’t be able to help that much. The deck has some good ideas and will keep all enemies in staging and your threat super low. The main issue i see is that you don’t have reliable ways to raise your stats, aside from the stone. I don’t get how you are going to use snowmane and herugrim with only 1 willpower and the steed of the mark and valiant determination might lack good targets

Personnaly i would try to get some weapons and armor for dunhere and fastred, you will need a way to get tactics resources for that.

Éowyn or Herubrand would be great heroes if you want to go without . Spear of the Mark, Foe-hammer, Dagger of Westernesse. You have a low enough threat where the One Ring could be included. Inner Strength or Strength and Courage would fit very well. As for your current heroes, I would add 2x Light of Valinor, 2x Lembas, 1x Galadriel's Handmaiden, 3x Ethir Swordsman, 1x Anfalas Herdsman, and 3x A Test of Will. You can cut Radagast's Cunning (Secret Paths would be better anyway as Argalad already cancel enemies' ). Snowmane, Miruvor, Valiant Determination, Loyal Hound, and Damrod are not needed. Wild Stallion has no good targets. Herugrim is an interesting idea if you want to avoid . It could possibly work with Silver Circlet. However, I think including A Good Harvest with normal weapons would be better and far cheaper. I hope this helps somewhat. Deck-building can be very hard and I do not want to be discouraging. This is certainly a unique and fun deck.

Also, A Burning Brand and Ithilien Archer do not fit well with Fastred. Ride Them Down is a cool card which could probably be moved from the sideboard into the main deck if you add more questing allies. Since Dúnhere should single-handedly handle attack, you should not have any attacking allies.
