I consider myeself a novice at this game and publish this deck in order to, hopefully, get some feedback on how to improve it. I am considering to add Stone of Elostirion (from Under the Ash Mountains) to boost willpower further.

The basic idea is that Éomer deals with enemies in the staging area and quests like a boss. Mulligan for Nenya and try to get Herugrim is key, I think.

It is nice to predict the encounter deck with Denethor. However, perhaps it might be valuable to add a lore hero that can add 1 more willpower and quest to get things going in the beginning?

When the Land of Sorrow comes out, perhaps you would want to try (MotK) Firyal as your Lore hero. Similar to Denethor in that you have encounter deck manipulation but gives some early questing power to help you get off the ground.
