The whole point of this deck is to combine both harad and outlands In one deck as both have very little cards. The Last Alliance contract lets outlands and harad become one and so Forlong can pretty much buff at once. The 4 outland allies buff up harad as well. Kahliel's Headdress buffs up outlands... it's just a matter of buffing up both harad and outlands through The Last Alliance.

May 15, 2022Technically, you can't use Prince Imrahil with the contract because he only gains the Outlands trait once you attach Prince of Dol Amroth. However, that's a relatively minor quibble that could be overruled in favor of theme. |
