First crack at a questing support deck focused on discard mechanic. Feedback appreciated!
this way, you can only discard 1 card per round. thats not much. would replace Galadriel with (MotK) Glorfindel then replace Nenya with To the Sea, to the Sea! and Light of Valinor and max Elven-light if doing so, consider replacing the silvans with noldor (better use of To the Sea, to the Sea! )
